Overview
This granite cottage is situated close to the Cornish village of Porthcurno, near Land's End and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed, first floor WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. External utility.
Tyvounder is a delightful granite cottage situated two miles from the village of Porthcurno and close to the famous Minack Theatre. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one single with pull-out stacker bed, and also has a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside the cottage there's off road parking for two cars and a front patio with furniture. Tyvounder is a comfortable base for families with plenty of attractions in the area.

Facilities & Amenities
Electric panel heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: During the summer one bag of wood is provided per week and during winter months two bags of wood are provided for the Woodburning Stove. Check in is from 4pm.

"From the outside the cottage looked wonderful. When we entered the cottage it looked nice and presentable. We then started to notice the amount of flies! Yes we understand that we were staying on a farm but with even the doors and windows closed we were still surrounded by these flies to the extent that we had to go out and by more fly spray. The sleeping arrangements on the first night didn't go well as the slats came off one of the single beds which meant an elderly family member having to put her mattress on the floor to sleep for the duration of the holiday. Very disappointed family."
