This impressive, detached property,is ideally located just one mile from the market town of Llangefni, and surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside, in the heart of Anglesey and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 2 x king-size double with TV (one with en-suite jet spa bath, shower, basin and WC), 1 x double with TV, 2 x twin. Bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 5). Utility. Dining room. Sitting room (seats 7). Snug (seats 4) with woodburning stove. Conservatory/games room.

The rest of the property consists of a kitchen with dining area (seats 5), a utility, a dining room, sitting room and snug. There is also a conservatory which doubles as a games room. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for five cars and a lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and a summerhouse. Surrounded by beautiful countryside but within easy reach of the town of Llangefni, Clai makes an ideal property for family or friends to discover this lovely island. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Garage for equipment storage. Lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and summerhouse. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 8 mins walk. Note: Unfenced ponds and waterfall in garden, children to be supervised. Note - No Hen/Stag parties or similar.

The large market town of Llangefni is built along the banks of the River Cefni and retains many historical buildings, including the Town Hall and the clock tower, which sit alongside shops, bars and restaurants, plus the town also has an art gallery. Llangefni is centrally located on Anglesey, situated only 7 miles from the wonderful beaches at Benllech and Red Wharf Bay, which offer miles of sandy coastline.

"We were a party of 7 adults with 2 small children. The house is lovely and clean, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking using the Aga which worked well! A lovely house with everything you could wish for. The only minor thing was only one proper shower. If there was another one it would be fab! A lovely welcome pack of a home made cake and a bottle of prosecco. All small touches appreciated e.g enough soaps, toilet rolls and lovely towels. Thanks. We will come back again!"
"Warm welcome from the home owner. A beautiful cake,a bottle of Prosseco,and things for making beverages awaited our family.House immaculate ,with excellent quality linen and crockery,the most comfortable of beds.Fun using Aga,regular cooker also available. Lovely cozy wood-burning stove,games room great fun.Spacious garden with terrace. Unfortunately spa bath not working during our stay,awaiting engineer.This didn't really affect our visit.More than enough space for 5 of us,however could probably do with 3rd bathroom/shower room if ten people were staying,and a larger dining room table.Advise to use grid ref to find the house,postcode not specific enough,we got lost-Grid Ref 53.2619490,-4.3037780 -we think.The home owner was so kind and accommodating.We really loved our visit,can't wait to book again,now we know where it is!"
"This house has everything you need, It is beautifully fitted out with high quality crockery, bedding etc. and is a great size for 10 people. The bedrooms are large and airy and there is plenty of room downstairs to spread out. The games room is great for adults and children alike and the garden is huge with a lovely patio which is a sun trap. Extra touches like the fresh flowers and home made cake on arrival make it stand out from other rentals and the owner is helpful and responsive to anything you need. I would definitely recommend it."
