Wynnstead is a delightful three-storey cottage nestled in the Devon village of Combe Martin. It comprises four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a second floor king-size double, a second floor twin and a single room, sleeping seven guests altogether. The interior also boasts a bathroom, second floor shower room and a ground floor cloakroom, as well as a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room and conservatory. To the outside is allocated roadside parking for 2 cars, and an enclosed patio to rear with raised decking, barbecue and furniture. Wynnstead offers a memorable stay in a glorious part of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well it's own Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained.

"This was a fantastic property and I would definitely return. The house was spotless and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were huge and the main bathroom had a beautiful standing bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week with a great sized oven. The decking outside was great to sit on with comfortable outdoor furniture. There was also a wooded area and fields only a couple of minutes walk from the house which was ideal for dog walking."
