This lovely terraced cottage is situated in the historic town of Hythe, one of the original Cinque Ports and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, 1 x double. Wet room with basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Studio Cottage is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the historic town of Hythe, one of the original Cinque Ports and can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom with en-suite and one double room. There is also a shower room. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside of the property there is roadside parking (limited) with additional parking in nearby car park, plus a courtyard garden with furniture and barbecue. Studio Cottage is ideal for couples looking to explore Kent with all the town's amenities on the doorstep. Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD with music streaming, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent, please bring own beach towels. Limited roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis close by. Additional parking available at cost in public car park approx 200 yards away. Courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Access to the cottage is via an inclined lane.

Hythe is one of the five original Cinque Ports identifed by Edward the Confesssor as ports that would provide ships and sailors to protect this part of the English coastline from invaders, and in exchange the towns would retain all legal fees assigned in court cases. Of course this made these towns far more prosperous than most towns of the same size, and the result of this can still be seen by visitors when visiting Hythe. Hythe offers visitors so much with golf, tennis, riding, bowls, squash, boating, windsurfing, freshwater and sea angling all available. Romney Marsh lies west of the town and can be explored by foot, car or bicycle.
