Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private rear patio with furniture and a front enclosed garden. Leap House is a lovely cottage to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

"Very easy to get to, well situated for the local town, full of shops, pubs and markets. Nice views, well appointed spacious rooms, with seemingly everything you might need for your holiday. Reliable hourly bus service to Swanage and Pool as well as being a short walk from a busy rail station. The town is also full of lovely places to walk and historic Saxon features. The locals are all friendly too."
