Sunshine Cottage is a lovely base for a small family with plenty to see and do in the area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary. This town offers something for everyone and has a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre, sea activity centre, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts and a bowling green, along with the usual shops and pubs.

"Me and my partner are just returning back from a wonderful stay in Teignmouth. The cottage was beautiful and located perfectly in the centre of town which was only 2 min walk away from the main beach. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the back beach also. The owner was lovely and got us some essentials in which was great and even left a bottle of wine. We would be more then happy to return to the property again in the future."
