This is a stunning, detached cottage on the beautiful Isle of Bute and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter packs for fires and stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage. South-facing, enclosed courtyard garden with decked and gravelled areas with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception can be variable. Note: Unfenced loch at the foot of the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: If you wish to fish on Loch Fad, you must get a permit from Loch Fad Fisheries.
