The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a rear decked balcony with furniture and a lower terrace. Set in a conservation area with views across the River Dart, Topsail offers an enjoyable holiday the year-round. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking with easy unloading outside house. Enclosed rear upper decked balcony with furniture and steps down to a lower terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm and the check out time is by 11am.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the River Dart estuary in the South Hams area of South Devon. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon, offering a stunning waterfront, narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries, plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.
