A wonderful, detached cottage, a five-minute walk from the beach near Ventnor, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, with one double bedroom accommodating two people. Mostly ground floor. One first floor double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared external games room with table tennis and badminton nets.
A wonderful, detached cottage for two, a five-minute walk from the beach near Ventnor, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. The cottage has one double bedroom on the first floor, while the rest of the accommodation is found downstairs. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, including in the shower room, and the open plan living space which includes a kitchen, a dining area and sitting area in the conservatory. Outside, the private gravelled area has a table and chairs, a barbecue and beautiful coastal views of the English Channel. There is off road parking for two cars and the beach is just a five minute walk away. A perfect holiday home for couples.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared bike storage. Enclosed gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.2 miles. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Property has direct access to coastal footpath.

The Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is situated at the southern end of the Isle of Wight. The town is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points, and it also offers sandy and shingle beaches, the Botanical Gardens, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2019 (my husband, myself and a staffie). Excellent base for exploring. Very quiet and peaceful location with views over the sea. Although compact, there was everything you needed (small TV, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster) plus some extra touches such as toilet paper, washing up liquid and tea towels which were lovely. The bedding and towels were changed weekly which, again, was brilliant. The bathroom was only small with a shower cubicle but we managed. The family who run this cottage were around if needed and were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage if visiting the Isle of Wight."
