This semi-detached barn conversion near Hartland, on the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, can accommodate six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor twin with TV, 1 x ground floor bunk beds, suitable for children, with TV. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric woodburner-effect fire.
The Buttery is a wonderful, semi-detached barn conversion near Hartland, on the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast. The property can accommodate up to six people in one double bedroom on the first floor, plus a twin room and a room with 3ft children's bunk beds, both with TVs, on the ground floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor, along with an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. From the living space, patio doors open onto an enclosed patio with furniture and there is also off road parking for two cars outside. Hal a mile from the coast, with lots of wonderful things to see, do and explore nearby, The Buttery is a lovely holiday home for families and small groups of friends. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and harbour 2 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

"My wife and I took our dog and 8 week old son for our first family holiday in the week before Christmas. In the peace and quiet of this farm location we enjoyed visiting local areas, walking along the coast and relaxing in the cosy cottage. The owner was in touch well in advance with plenty of information about the cottage and surrounding areas so we were well prepared for our stay. Upon arrival, we found the house in pristine condition and the welcome pack left for us including wine, mince pies and treats for the dog was a lovely touch. The house had everything we needed for days in during bad weather and the information sent to us via email gave us plenty of ideas for days out. We visited Sandymouth Beach, Atlantic Villiage, Hartland Quay, Clovelly and also walked along the coast just two fields over. It was a very positive experience from start to finish and the location provided us with some much needed time away as a family in a very well presented and looked after cottage. We felt very at home and would certainly recommend The Buttery to anyone wishing to relax and enjoy time away from busy schedules enjoying the tranquil surroundings."
