Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: There are 6 steps up to the front door and 4 steps down from the back garden to the back gate. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: There is an emergency exit window in each bedroom and these are not lockable. Note : No worker bookings

The historic town of Bideford is situated on the River Torridge in North Devon. Bideford offers a fine selection of shops (including individual shops), cafes and restaurants, a park and the Atlantic Village Outlet Shopping Centre located on the outskirts of the town. Close by there are sandy beaches, the Northam Burrows Country Park, the South West Coastal Path and Big Sheep Adventure Park.

"This is a gem of a holiday let. Everything was of the highest quality and it had a really lovely homely feel to it. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely bedding and throws and the kitchen was spacious and exceptionally well equipped. The owners had been very thoughtful in providing a Welcome Pack, in addition to milk and juice in the fridge. We couldn't fault it. It really does tick all the boxes, as not only is it a lovely home, it is near so many places of interest and the gorgeous Devon and North Cornwall coastline. We absolutely loved our stay at 'Woodside' and would highly recommend it to others."
