Storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. WIFI. Off road parking for 1 car plus roadside parking outside cottage on first come, first served basis. Additional roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Double bedroom accessed by three steps.

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination. The sea front with promenade offers rock and candy floss stalls, funfair rides, a sea life sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft. On Sunday afternoons a band often plays in the bandstand on the green overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers, while throughout the year additional events are held within the town.

"Dog barking in the ground floor flat. Very noisy club opposite the flat music till the early hours of the morning, Friday, Saterday, & Sunday evenings. Bathroom very small, no hand rail to hold to step into and out of the bath to have a shower."
