This lovely detached cottage is in the village of Llantwit Major near to Cowbridge and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 4). Dining room. Sitting room with gas stove-effect fire.
Pen Hill is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llantwit Major just five miles from Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. The cottage can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one double and one twin as well as family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is roadside parking and an enclosed front courtyard and enclosed rear garden with furniture. Pen Hill is an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bedding), highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis or public car park 5 mins walk away. Bike storage. Enclosed front garden and rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: There are two steps leading up to lawn.

"We spent our childhood in the nearby villages with family but as the years have gone by and our family has grown, we have had to find a rental property to stay in when visiting with the grandchildren! When possible we always choose Pen Hill, a beautiful, warm and cosy house with fantastic provisions. A fully equipped kitchen is a must when travelling with children and staying for a while, we have yet to find an appliance or utensil needed that isn't provided here. Having a baby gate and highchair provided makes our journey a little easier too. There is a great selection of shops, both chains and local shops alike and lots of lovely places to walk to. We will definitely be back soon!"

"situated in a really lovely small town, easy walk to shops and excellent pubs and restaurants, longer walk to pleasant beach, half hour drive to The Mumbles / Cardiff. Every possible convenience, quality furnishings and lovely character. Highly recommend this place. (no private parking but on street parking was easily available)"
