Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Spacious communal grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Eden Project 1 mile. Beach 2 miles.

St Blazey is situated three miles east of St Austell and was formerly a centre for the local mining and railway industries. The town is nowadays best known for being the closest to the Eden Project.

"This was a fabulous place to stay - part of Cornish china clay heritage converted into twenty-first century top quality comfort and such a lot of space inside. A really lovely conversion of the old drying kiln. As a location it was so close to the Eden Project that we walked. Lots to do - we went out on visits every day. We also drove north and south of the county easily from here. Son was happy with the WiFi connection and DVD player! We didn't spend a lot of time outside - being October but we made friends with the cat! All the cottages were booked but we didn't hear a sound from anyone else - just saw them on their way in and out like us - so a good sense of privacy. Lovely place!"
"Had a great week staying here with my wife and young son for a week over the Easter period. Unusual layout with the bedrooms on the ground floor but you soon get used to this and it makes for a very cosy upstairs living area to relax in. Lovely new furnishings and carpets and well equipped throughout. Very spacious upstairs which was great for our lively 8-year old and a decent-sized garden area to the rear (reached up a flight of steep steps) as well. Walking distance (uphill via winding country road) to the Eden Project (30-40 mins walk for the fit) and close to other places of interest such as Fowey, Charlestown and essential facilities such as supermarket etc (10 min drive). We still found it to be a very quiet and peaceful location though."
