This splendid, upside-down wing of the owners' stone farmhouse, is situated in rugged Calderdale countryside in Yorkshire and can sleep two people in one double bedroom. First floor open plan studio accommodation with one double bed, sofa bed and sitting area. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Shared external utility.
Ash Tree Barn is a wonderful, upside-down holiday home in Wainstalls, two miles from Luddenden in Yorkshire's Calderdale. The property is the wing of the owners' stone farmhouse, set on their non-working farm. There is a spacious double bedroom upstairs, which also makes up the sitting area and downstairs, there is a shower room and a kitchen with a dining area, as well as boot storage in the hallway. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a patio where you can enjoy a spot of lunch, or why not take a leisurely stroll around the owners' grounds? In a lovely location, with wonderful attractions close by, Ash Tree Barn is perfect for a romantic getaway. From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is located above a garage.

Luddenden, a Conservation village in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, close to Hebden Bridge. The village has a lovely church "St Mary's" and a very old pub "The Lord Nelson" where Bramwell Bronte once drank and is asserted to have established the first public library in one of the upstairs rooms.

"Ash Tree Barn was so comfortable and warm. The cottage was very well equipped with everything one needed for an Autumn stay. The owners were very welcoming when we arrived. I would wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to anyone who wanted to stay here - it is a cottage to suit anyone at any time of the year. If we were wanting a holiday in the North of England again we would certainly want to stay here."
