Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed patio and decking with furniture. Owner is happy to welcome upto 5 well behaved pets. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note; Owner lives next door in adjoining property. Please note: dogs must be kept on a lead outside fenced patio due to farm animals nearby. Note: bookings can't start or end on a Saturday.

The village of Winster is in the White Peak area of the Peak District National Park, with a shop/Post Office, as well as two pubs serving food. The village hosts many events throughout the year. Bakewell, Matlock, Chatsworth House, and the Peak Rail Steam Railway are all nearby, and The Limestone Way runs along the edge of the village for walkers and cyclists.

"Lovely little converted barn in a beautiful setting. A private track down the back of the farm is a picturesque dog walking route. Inside has great facilities with plenty of kitchen/living space, bathrooms were a good size/clean and the bedrooms were nice and cosy. Only one downside is that the floorboards were unbelievably creaky and as the living area is upstairs and bedrooms are downstairs it was a bit of a nightmare getting our baby asleep with dinner/conversation happen upstairs, but we understand that's a pretty unique situation. The owners left us a bottle of local wine and milk in the fridge for our arrival, the place was extremely well looked after and we enjoyed our stay very much."
