Two bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite wet room with disabled access). Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Utility. Sitting room with open fire.
Quay Road Cottage, a wonderful, detached cottage, just a 20 minute drive from Donegal Airport, in Dungloe, Donegal. Set solely on the ground floor, perched on the water's edge, it and can sleep four people in two double bedrooms, one boasting an en-suite wet room and the property is wheelchair accessible. There is also a family bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a multi-fuel stove, and a separate cosy sitting room with an open fire. Outside, enjoy the use of a rear lawned garden, a front seating area, and off road parking for two cars. Quay Road Cottage truly is a wonderful base for a getaway exploring Ireland! Fuel, power and starter packs for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front seating area and rear lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Coast 100 yards. Note: Garden not fully enclosed and very close to water?s edge, children must be supervised. Dungloe is known locally as 'The Capital of The Rosses', the name given to this region of the county. The town has a selection of shops, bars and eateries, and events throughout the year, including the annual 'Mary from Dungloe' festival. A fisherman's paradise, the area has over 130 lakes and rivers, and is renowned for its fishing and great sea angling, with several charter boats available in nearby Burtonport. Wonderful wildlife can be found in the bogs and reed beds, while golfers will love the variety of golf courses in the surrounding area. With hills and mountains to explore, dramatic coastline to enjoy and so much to do and see, this is sure to make the perfect base for your Donegal holiday.

"We were greeted at the cottage by the welcoming owners who live nearby, with a lit fire & a fridge full of food which was a great start. This is a beautiful holiday home with every possible amenity we needed for our stay. Perfect location, just by the water with scenic views, but only a minutes walk from the local shops & restaurants. This is the first cottage we've rented in Dungloe and it will be the one that we'll return to every time we visit. Only thing we didn't like was leaving! Thanks for a great stay, it couldn't have been better."
