Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars with additional parking in neighbouring car park. Secure bike storage. Tree lined pathway leading to private exterior table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via external cast iron staircase, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Maximum of 9 people.

Settle lies south west of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in North Yorkshire. The market place is surrounded by local businesses, the centre has the Shambles, a 3-storey building with shops and houses, and the Town Hall. There is restaurants, pubs and a public swimming pool. The Settle-Carlisle Railway crosses upland scenery.

"This was a very nice place. Absolutely ideal for groups and families of all sorts to stay in. In our case this was a group of middle aged men, allowed out by our wives, having a debauched time of long walks in the beautiful countryside, trips to the pub, and nights of ultra-competitive Boggle, Scrabble and Articulate. Let no-one say we don't know how to have a good time. The house is well furnished, the beds are very comfy, the kitchen has what you need. All in all it ticks the boxes for staying in this lovely area."
"We booked a week in August at this delightful holiday let in the centre of Settle. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - well thought out in terms of design and decor, more than adequately equipped for the week. A lovely welcome basket of tea, coffee and biscuits was gratefully received after a long drive. The location of the property was ideal - near to all the facilities of Settle (supermarkets, shops, train station) and only a short hop from the river walk. There was little to no noise from the nearby pubs and shops which was also good. The beds were comfortable and bedding good quality. The shower was AMAZING. I would heartily recommend this property."
