Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed garden area with garden bench and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Community shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The property is built into a slope with entrances on first and ground floor.

"My husband and I stayed at Keepers in August as we were in desperate need of a relaxing few days and this place really hit the spot. The weather was dreadful most of the time given the time of year but with the lovely little conservatory that didn't matter. The place is so very cosy and such an easy place to spend time, we hardly saw a soul whilst we were there and that is exactly what we had wanted. There is plenty of walking right on the doorstep, the alpacas are delightful and there was lots of wildlife, especially birds to watch from the conservatory. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone wanting some lovely peace and quiet in a comfortable location."
"keepers cottage is one of the most amazing homes i have ever stayed in, cosy and warm with all the amenities you may need, gorgeous views and a whole herd of Alpacas to watch right on your doorstep, Steve and Sandra are amazing hosts and the scones on arrival are the most amazing touch. the cottage is a great base to tour the lakes from and so comfy you won't want to leave."
