This 100 year old former stables is located on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining hall. Sitting room with open fire.
Woodberry is a 100 year old former stable block situated in a courtyard on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With two double bedrooms (both with ensuite facilities) and two twins well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. The cottage also contains a well equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room, a dining hall with a galleried staircase and a sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and French doors. Outside the cottage is a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking.There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Woodberry is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales. This property provides a hamper for Christmas and New Year bookings with a dressed Christmas Tree. There is a New Years Eve fireworks display completed by professionals Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

In a truly idyllic position, the 100-acre estate of Talhenbont lies in the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula. Within the estate are many exciting activities for guests staying at the immaculately restored cottages such as an all weather tennis court, outdoor chess,, an adventure playground for children. The Talhenbont estate is one of the finest self catering retreats in Wales, but the area's attractions aren't limited to those on site. The local area offers a variety of castles, beaches, golf courses and the Snowdonia National Park as well as an extensive range of succulent dishes provided by local restaurants and inns. The climate of this area of Wales is particularly mild, making it an ideal vacation spot regardless of the time of year.

"Fantastic property with everything you could possibly want. Lovely open log fire with wood provided. The bedrooms are superb. The grounds are lovingly kept with plenty to see. There are woodland walks leading to the river. The owner is a lovely personand nothing is too much trouble. I cannot wait to go back again. Thank you for a lovely break. I will miss the daily visit from the peacocks. My husband and I took my elderly parents and two dogs. There are two bedrooms downstairs which were just right with a bathroom and shower room also on the ground floor. The master bedroom is superb with a dressing area and washroom..fabulous"
"Peace and quite, just back from a week staying with family here we so didn't want to leave! Amazing place for anyone wanting to get away from it all. Lovely walks. Yes the tennis court could be done up a little and a few small things could be sorted out but these lovely people that run and work there are doing a grand job. Get booking today! "
"The service given by Roger, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the house. The location was in an Estate that was a bit unusual and therefore interesting, with a tennis court, and above a narrow river that was delightful. The only minor criticisms that I could make was that I found the directions slightly unclear, and the tennis court could do with resurfacing, but this is to cavil at what was a very enjoyable week away."
