Church View is a detached, ground floor cottage in the village of Atwick near to Hornsea. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one with bunk beds plus a family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a small garden with outdoor furniture. Just a short walk to the coast and with Hornsea just up the road, Church View is a lovely family holiday cottage. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: property is located directly next to a campsite.

Composed primarily of stone and brick built cottages, Atwick is a small, pretty village clustered around a central village green. The local pub which also serves meals - lies in the centre of the settlement, whilst the coast and numerous sandy beaches is only a 15 minute walk away. Two miles away is the attractive town of Hornsea boasting golden sands, a leisure complex, Hornsea Folk Museum and a Bird of Prey Display. A further 10 miles away is the bustling town of Bridlington offering traditional seaside attractions for all the family. For those interested in history, the cathedral city of York is also within easy reach and offers numerous shops, restaurants and museums, including the National Railway Museum.

"We stayed in this beautiful place with our one year old and 13 year old. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We liked the modern decor and the owners were fab. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Didn't intrude but we're around should we need them. Little extras such as home baking and flowers made it lovely. Great base to stay to visit Hornsea, Filey, Brid etc. Will def be back :)"
"a nice cottage with modern furniture and with a garden which the dog loved , suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children ,warm welcome from the owners with tea, coffee and cake set out on a tray on arrival. good 10min walk to cliff top where you can walk along ,situated near hornsea and freeport outlet village , good fishing in the area which pleased my husband. pub 5min walk where you can get a good meal or just have a drink ,friendly landlord. would certainly recommend the cottage and we are going to stay there again in september"
