The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

"We enjoyed the fact that this apartment was only a few minutes walk sway from the medieval streets of York. The flat was well equipped with all cooking equipment and utensils that may be required. It was located on the second floor but there was a reliable lift in the entrance hall. The building used to be the County Hospital and has a very impressive vestibule. Arrangements for key collection and parking were straightforward. Good value for the two bedrooms and facilities, we would visit again"
"Just returned from 5 days in this lovely apartment. Situated in the heart of York yet quiet and secluded. Beautifully decorated, compact but with everything needed - owner added useful touches like DAB radios, alarm clock, torches and two tickets for York Minster. Heating and hot water very efficient and easy to use and Wi-Fi handy. Also very useful to have designated parking space. Very comfortable, would recommend."
