Fuel, power and all wood for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is limited headroom on the first floor landing. Note: This property does not accept worker bookings.

"For five ladies (of a more mature age), this was the prefect location for a peaceful holiday that was within an easy drive of many interesting locations. The downstairs bedroom with en-suite shower was ideal for one of our group who had difficulties in negotiating stairs. The lounge was large with an inglenook wood burner (fortunately not needed). The kitchen was large and easily accommodated all five of us - what was a particularly welcoming gesture was the tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the kitchen on our arrival. There was another large downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs were three comfortable bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet. A small-ish patio at the rear would be a private sun trap on a sunny day. There is sufficient parking at the front for two cars - three at a push. We were made too feel very welcome by Diane and I would certainly like to come here again."
"A lovely weeks holiday staying in this great holiday cottage. Everything was very clean and tidy and very well presented. The grandchildren loved the cats which visited whenever the door was open. A bonus for adults was the pub across the green!!!"
