Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Patio and gravelled area with seating. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Unfenced wall with 2 metre drop, children and pets should be supervised. Note: Entrance to driveway is quite narrow (205cm) and therefore tight for large cars.

"Gorgeous cottage on The Hill in Cromford. A beautiful, warm and cosy cottage, perfect for a get away into the Derbyshire Dales (especially with the snow!). The owners were helpful and communicated well before the visit, and milk etc there ready for us when we arrived (Owners kindly left Lactofree for me!). The cottage was perfectly clean and tidy, with lots of helpful information about the local area including maps and books - perfect for getting that local knowledge and knowing where to explore! A quiet and tranquil place, and I would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect base for walking in the local area, including visits to the canal, carsington water and the high peak trail."
"Excellent cosy cottage perfect for a romantic break away from the hectic everyday life, lovely house with all you need done to the highest standards. Steep hill from village and very tight drive but all in all a lovely place. Excellent eating/drinking places in cromford village."
