This lovely house near Aberfeldy sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor king-size double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Second floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Sun room/porch (seats 3).
Wade House is a renovated, Grade II listed house near Aberfeldy, attached to a hotel. Over three floors and with three bedrooms, two king-size doubles (both with en-suite shower rooms) and a twin, it sleeps six people comfortably. There are also two shower rooms and an open plan living area at the property, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private, enclosed, walled front patio garden and off road parking for two cars. Wade House is a lovely property, with great views, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the area. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Aberfeldy is an attractive market town in Perthshire. The town has a selection of shops and eateries, along with a whisky distillery tour. Within easy reach are Castle Menzies, the Scottish Crannog Centre and beautiful Loch Tay.

"I took my girlfriend, sister and nephew and our dogs to Wade House for a Halloween break. We were not let down. I had previously been in the Bugaboo Cottage which sits just behind Wade house which I loved but I was intrigued by the big house attached to Weem Hotel. There really are no complaints about Wade House only person preferences. Such as I dislike feather duvets/pillows, this property has them so I had to purchase my own pillows and the shower's are temperamental. This property is good value for money but would recommend you have your own transport as it will allow you access to a lot more than Aberfeldy. That in mind there are some very beautiful walks in and around Weem and in summer if the River lowers enough you have a beautiful spot to picnic. The owner is a very pleasant man and very accommodating and the property is also adequately cleaned upon arrival. Would visit again and will be recommending and shows friends and family our photos from our time here."
"Our family of four spent a week here in March 2017. The house is charming and the location is perfect, just 2 minutes from Aberfeldy, for exploring the local area. The wood burning stove and well equipped kitchen (with heated floor) make the lower level very pleasant. Two of the bedrooms were noticeably more presentable than the third, although this is testament to how nice the double rooms were. All in all there are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, so no need for queuing! We did have a minor issue with the dish washer that was resolved within the day - you can't ask for more than that. Great trip - would recommend to anyone."
"We stayed here as a couple with our two dogs. The place was very spacious and would easily accommodate a family. Has all equipment/ amenities needed which made it feel like home from home. My only criticism was the lack of heating. The wood burner was unable to heat such a large property and we resorted to using the oven as a heat source. The hotel attached was in fact open with very friendly staff and was welcoming of our dogs, as was the nearby local pub which is a five minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it."
