Sandlings is an ideal base for families and friends who wish to explore the Suffolk countryside. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

The Suffolk village of Hollesley offers a shop/Post Office, a pub and a number of walking and cycling routes. The nearby historic market town of Woodbridge is situated on the banks of the River Deben and boasts independent shops and the world famous Tide Mill. Other places of interest in the area include Framlingham and Orford castles, the National Trust owned Anglo Saxon burial mounds of Sutton Hoo and the seaside town of Aldeburgh.

"Set on a small estate, there is a shop and pub a few minutes walk away. Set over 3 levels the cottage is light and airy with plenty of space. Small rear garden with seating area. Everything we needed provided and more. Nicely presented and squeaky clean. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful owner. Good location. Would highly recommend"
