Cadliam is a wonderful, modern ground floor apartment in a quiet area of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coastline. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom, meaning the property can accommodate up to four people. There is also an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, as well a patio doors which allow sunlight to flood the room and open to a small outdoor seating area with two folding chairs. A rare find in Whitby, the property has its own designated off road parking space and with just a short walk to the town's many lively amenities, its harbour and beach, Cadliam makes the perfect retreat for exploring this wonderful corner of England. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, Whitby is an ancient fishing port steeped in history. The ruin of St Hilda's Abbey is high on Whitby's East Cliff and looks down on narrow streets and alleyways. From the old town, the parish church of St Mary, also on East Cliff, has 199 steps leading to it and the churchyard was one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker's Dracula. Other attractions in Whitby include the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, Victorian Jet Works and The Dracula Experience. There are year-round events at Whitby Pavilion Complex and there is a blue flag beach and spectacular cliffs and bays to explore. Whitby is in a beautiful region and offers visitors a great deal of variety for a memorable holiday any time of year.

"We stayed here for a week in August 2015. We found the apartment to be well equipt, clean and spacious. The location was ideal being close to the centre of Whitby but far enough out to be quiet and clear of any significant traffic. Having its own parking space was a boon given how busy the streets and car parks of Whitby were for most of the day. Staying in this apartment certainly contributed to the lovely time that we had in Whitby."
