Overview
A beautiful Georgian town house, newly renovated and refurbished with spacious accommodation over four floors, ideal for families or small groups. Over five floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double with free-standing, roll-top bath, 1 x second floor double, 1 x third floor twin. Lower ground floor shower room, second floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Lower ground floor kitchen with dining area. Ground floor sitting room.
Lower Ground Floor On the lower ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and Smeg fridge/freezer. There is also a shower room on this floor. Ground Floor On the ground floor is a beautiful sitting room with attractive lighting, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. First Floor On the first floor is a master double bedroom with king size bed, and stunning free-standing, roll-top bath. On the second floor is the second double bedroom and a luxury bathroom with bath and hand shower attachment, WC, wash basin and chrome radiator. Third Floor On the top floor is a delightful twin bedroom. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
