Double electric oven and hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filtered coffee machine, wine cooler, washing/dryer books, games, Smart TV, WiFi. Netflix, Amazon TV, Now TV, Sky Atlantic, Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment. Fuel and power inc rent. Complimentary bath robes and wellington boots are provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels are inc in rent. Off road parking for 5 cars. Private garden and decking area with outdoor seating, a hot tub, Indian fire pit and two inflatable paddleboards. 2 male bikes and 2 female bikes for guest use. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub, restaurant and shop 0.9 miles. No stag, hen or similar.

The Cornish town of St Just is an ideal base for visitors wishing to explore the far west of Cornwall and the beautiful north coast. In the centre of the town is a local pub, a cafe, bakery, and Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre that was once use for medieval plays, and in more recent times for the Lafrowda Festival, an annual festival of music and arts held on the third Saturday in July. The popular seaside resort town of Penzance is close by, which boasts a harbor, sandy beaches to explore, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit.

My husband organised for a beauty massage for me at the barn by local girl Laura. Best ever experience. Pubs so welcoming and so much to explore. Cant wait to come back. "We enjoyed a short break here with 3 generations of our family and we were mightily impressed with the location near Lands End, the accommodation which is faultless - cosy beds, plenty of space for the 8 of us, jacuzzi to enjoy, well thought out kitchen and dining arrangements - plus a spectacular view from the 2nd floor of the setting sun over the ocean. Very relaxing and a wonderful, luxurious escape from city life. Lorna and Harvey were excellent hosts and checked that everything was ok. Cannot wait to go back."
"By a long way the best holiday accomodation we have ever had. It is very new so everything is pristine, but very homely. There is loads of space for a large party. Sophisticated decor and everything from the location, the decor, the furnishings and right down to the crockery is of high quality. The furnishings and beds are brand new and very comfortable. Lorna, the owner gave us a warm welcome and explained how everything worked. She had provided lots of thoughtful snacks, fruit and toiletries and even bicycles and inflatable paddleboards. We are dog lovers and there was plenty of beautiful countryside to exercise ours. The village of St Just has a small supermarket and several pubs and the town of Penzance is only a short drive away. Sennen Cove is even closer with its beautiful beach and surfing waves. All in all a great base to explore the fantastic Cornish coast and we will definitely choose this house when we come back."
