1 x woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available on a first come first served basis in the town square 1 min walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.09 miles, pub 0.06 miles. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID 19 SITUATION WE HAVE REMOVED ITEMS FROM THE COTTAGE IN LINE WITH GUIDELINES. THIS INCLUDES REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF CROCKERY AND CUTLERY WITHIN THE COTTAGE ALONG WITH ORNAMENTS, BOOKS AND DVDS - THIS WILL MAKE CLEANING AND DISINFECTING MORE EFFECTIVE.

Known for its history and horse racing, Middleham makes a wonderful base for your holiday in the North of Yorkshire. Just outside of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, you'll be surrounded by an array of stunning landscapes and nature to match. Within the market square you can find a selection of shop,s pubs and restaurants to enjoy amongst the historic castle. A short journey away you can find the bustling market town of Leyburn, offering its own array of wonderful attractions and hidden wonders, it's well-worth a visit.

"This cottage is very comfortable and very clean holiday let. Lovely beds and. bedding, fresh towels, kitchen with every item you would need and very nice welcome pack with wine, biscuits coffee and tea. The photographs and descriptions are honest. Great location in Middleham too - handy for bars and cafes with great walks in the area. However - it should be noted for prospective holiday bookings the front of the cottage is perhaps only 15 metres from the back of a hotel with industrial rubbish bins lined up. Plus there are benches close by for hotel staff to chat and indulge in cigarettes - so not very conducive for sitting outside the cottage with a morning coffee."
