A lovely cottage situated in Louth, Lincolnshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Reverse-level accommodation. Two downstairs bedrooms: 1 x king-size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) and 1 x double with en-suite shower room with large shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Utility room with freezer and washing machine. First-floor, open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with access to private outside terrace (with furniture).

Louth is a market town and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you will have easy access inside, boasting a number of picturesque locations, and quaint market towns full of historical attractions. Louth itself offers a large selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities.

"Absolutely ace accommodation. Really comfortable and brilliantly equipped with wonderful tiny touches of flowers, local guides, a whiskey decanter and all equipment easy to operate. The beds were so comfy, the shower was easy to operate and nice and powerful. We're seasoned self caterers and this was right up there as one of the best. The shops are convenient and The Brown Cow pub nearby is a proper local where the beer and people are wonderful. Beforehand we were sceptical about the parking issue but we found it to be no problem at all. We were also sceptical about the area and having enough places to enjoy. We'd no need to be concerned. Not only was there so much to do and see, the people everywhere were so lovely. If you walk into Louth on a Sunday you'll find it quiet but it soon livens up during the week and there's a host of little places to eat, drink and shop. When your day out is over you'll struggle to find a more relaxing and pleasurable house in which to relax. Well done Hugh & Caron for making it a first class place to stay - and thanks for that marvellous welcome pack which is the best we've ever had."
