Trefor is a small village overlooking Caernarfon Bay, in North Wales. It is home to a convenience store, Post Office and licensed social club, as well as a harbour. Surrounded by sea and mountains, this village is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside, as well as being close to the edge of the popular Snowdonia National Park, being just 5 miles away, with many well-trekked and planned routes ready to be walked. Caernarfon is also close by, which boasts more choice for pubs and restaurants.

"We stayed a long weekend here and it was everything you could want and more, the house, host and the local area certainly exceeded expectations.The house was clean and comfortable with lots of unexpected ammenities. A 5 minute walk and you find yourself in a truly beautiful and practictially private beach with unique views. There is an abundance of lovely beaches, quant villages, towns, pubs and restuants in close proximity to explore. Amazing location, super host, lovely house. We can't wait to return! Highly reccomend!"

"We recently spent a week in this beautiful corner of Wales. The cottage has everything you need plus lots of lovely little extras that really makes it feel like a home away from home. We went with 2 young children and it was really useful having a highchair, stair gate and cot in the house. The local beach, which is a short walk away, is absolutely stunning and we were thrilled to spot an octopus and seals. We cannot wait to come back to this cottage and continue exploring the area. "
