This delightful cottage rests in Whitby, North Yorkshire and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 3 x first floor (2 kingsize, 1 super-king), 1 x second floor twin bedroom. Bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. 3 x shower room (2 en-suite to kingsize rooms) with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First floor cloakroom. Kitchen. Dining area with gas fire. Sitting room with electric fire.
22 Falcon Terrace is a lovely cottage situated in Whitby, North Yorkshire. Hosting four bedrooms: three first-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a second-floor twin, able to sleep a total of eight guests and served by a family bathroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen/breakfast bar, a dining area with a gas fire and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside has an enclosed patio courtyard area with furniture and hot tub, as well as roadside parking. 22 Falcon Terrace is a wonderful choice for a rural-based holiday to North Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

TV, WiFi a selection of books and kid's games and toys. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request only. Roadside parking to the rear of the property on first-come, first-serve basis. Enclosed patio courtyard with coal BBQ and furniture, secure storage for bikes. Two well-behaved dogs welcome on the ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.01 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the stairs within the property. Note: Twin room has a low ceilings may not be suitable for taller people. Note: Check in 4pm

Whitby is an ancient fishing port in North Yorkshire, England, situated at the mouth of the River Esk. You will discover an array of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants for all of your amenities. Discover the famous Whitby Abbey, 199 steps and Captain Cook Museum for a plethora of history and country and coastal sites. Also available is the lovely sandy beach for those fun-filled family day trips, as well as a nearby golf course and landscaped park for ample walking opportunities.

"We had a wonderful week here. The property has a huge well equipped kitchen that enables you to cook in house and eat in the stylish quirky dining room or outdoors in the back courtyard, which is a lovely suntrap. The lounge is very relaxing and is bathed in sunlight during the day and cosy at night. We had a few glasses of wine or beer in there. The owners have provided games and things for young children, also a selection of books. The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable and we all had a good night's sleep. There are two ensuite's, a bathroom, a shower room and an additional toilet. This meant that in our stay there were no queues on a morning or before going out. Good water pressure too. The house is situated in a quiet area of Whitby but only a ten minute walk from restaurants, bars and the harbour. We haven't got a dog but it is obvious they are welcome from the equipment they have provided.There are some good walks around. We walked on the beech to sands end and also along the path between the railway and river to have a wonderful lunch at Riverside. Would recommend this house to families, groups of friends and dog walkers."
"Fantastic location, just a couple of minutes away from the town centre. The house is beautifully decorated to a high standard and has lots of "extras" making the stay even more special. It is geared up for children from baby age to teenagers and pets are also welcome. It is located in a lovely quite street so you do not get disturbed from the busy active town. Can not wait to return"
