Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, DAB radio, record player, WiFi, selection of books, games, vinyl and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Roadside parking and public car parks close by. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes 1 min walk. Note: There is one step up to the dining room and one step up to the kitchen. Note: The cottage is located on the towns high street and there may be some associated noise. Note: Access to the parking is a little tight for larger cars and people carriers. Note: Check in time is 4pm and check out is by 11am.

Bala is a market town resting within the Snowdonia National Park, located at the head of Llyn Tegid, which is the largest natural lake in Wales. It is famous for being a centre for watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting. Within the town you will also find a wealth of shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk.
