Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with DVD player. Wifi. Fuel and Power inc.in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small enclosed rear patio via a few steps up. Unrestricted on road parking in the lane on a first come first served basis. Sorry no smoking. Welcomes two well behaved dogs.

"We spent 5 lovely days at the cottage as soon as Covid restrictions were lifted. It was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, exactly as in the photos and description.The comfortable new matress address some previous comments. Parking outside was never an issue and the beach was a 10 minute walk away. Extra hand sanitiser and tissues were provided. We were very happy with our choice."
