Outside there is a private terrace area with a hot tub and furniture provided. Off road parking is available for one car. 12 Water's Edge is the ideal vacation spot for parents and their little ones.

Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. The sandy Looe Beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. Polperro is a little further away and is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea.

"Beautiful spot on lake with hot tub and large decking. Well equipped, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet with small garden for dog. The Old Mill Bistro has good, reasonably priced food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of birds including kingfishers, ducks, heron and cormorant."
