Rear garden with seating by river. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Children must be supervised by the river.

"The house is very quirky, beautifully clean and well equipped. The beds were unbelievably comfy and we slept well! On the downside part of the appeal of booking this property was to be able to sit in the garden by the stream. When we arrived cushions had already been put on the outside pew which was broken so couldn't use. The garden nearest the house was very overgrown, the grass hadn't been cut and there were lots of weeds. The garden gate was missing so no privacy and there were weeds around the front and side of the house which looked uncared for. It wouldn't take a lot to make the garden absolutely beautiful. Very convenient for Newquay and Padstow and village had well stocked shop"
