This delightful holiday let is set on the outskirts of Swarland in Northumberland and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Self-contained pod with double bed, en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchenette, sitting area and small dining area.
Fern is a high quality wooden-clad pod located in the grounds of Swarland Old Hall near Northumberland Coast AONB and National Park. It comprises a self-contained setup with double bed, en-suite shower room, sitting area and kitchenette with breakfast bar, sleeping two guests. Outside is a private decking area and shared use of the grounds with woodland and play area, as well as amenities in the village of Swarland nearby. Fern is a well-appointed, romantic getaway offering the perfect base for touring Northumberland. Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian's Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Electric central heating. Electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Private decked area with furniture, shared use of grounds, woodland and play area with swings, slides and a climbing frame. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.8 miles. Note: Check in time is 4pm.

Swarland is a village between Morpeth and Alnwick, with a shop and post office. Swarland is close to the castle and garden at Alnwick, and is within easy reach of NT Cragside and Rothbury inland, or the castles and beaches of the Heritage coastline.

"We had a delightful weekend away staying in Fern pod. It's got everything that you need, is cosy and comfy. It's nestled in quiet and lovely surroundings that are within very easy reach of a great coast, beautiful countryside and a wealth of other attractions to experience. We spent our time exploring near-by Alnmouth and up along the coast in the area of outstanding natural beauty. Dianne ensured that the whole process is easy and effortless and she is kind and generous. There is so much to experience and explore that we will definitely be going back."
