Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating and gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking on a first come, first served basis. Rear yard, communal garden at from with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk. Note: The second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings. Note: The cottage is close to the local Co-op and its car park, although private and well screened some noise may be heard.

This market town is in the Snowdonia National Park, between Cader Idris mountain and the coast. The area offers outdoor pursuits as well as seaside spots including Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. The town itself offers a shops, five pubs and a wine bar, along with a number of restaurants, cafes and two bakeries.

"We liked the house and the location apart from the people going to Co-op and passing the front window. Also the delivery for the Co-op started about 7.00am, so woke everyone up. The house itself was clean, bed linen and towels provided, including soap, hot water, nicely decorated. Not really happy about the parking as its first come first served but if were in the area again would probably stay here."
