From Hunton, there is a golf course less than a mile away and the area boasts many excellent restaurants and award winning pubs. Nearby attractions include Fountains Abbey, Beamish and Lightwater Valley. The nearest town, Leyburn is dominated by its large market square, which still boasts a lively Friday market. The town has much to offer with its many craft shops, galleries and tea rooms. The Georgian town of Richmond is also not to be missed.
