This spacious terraced home is situated in the Cornish hamlet of Treknow and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: a king size double, a twin and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC all on the first floor, and a further twin bedroom on the second floor. Ground floor WC and basin. Hallway. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room. Rear porch.
Heightley House enjoys wonderful views down to the coast and sits a short stroll from a stunning stretch of the coast path near Treknow. The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms and has a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with open fire, hallway and WC. Outside a long, enclosed rear garden and parking for two cars. Heightley House is a splendid base for families wanting to explore this fascinating stretch of the north Cornish coast. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. "We booked this house specifically because it stated it had two bathrooms. It does not. It has one bathroom and a seperate wc situated at the very back of the house in what appears to be in a makeshift lean to area with no heating.( with a seethrough perspex roof.) We feel very much misled with this description which still persists. On our return home we contacted Sykes cottages to explain they are mis representing this house as it has only one bathroom. We asked them to amend their details and they refused , see above it still states two bathrooms. In our definition a bathroom must include either a bath or shower , the wc has neither. Sykes cottages are wrong but will not alter the description. Appalling. Customers who book this have a right to know one bathroom only. !"
