Stone built, and gorgeous inside, the cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. There's an attractive sitting room with a smart fireplace and electric wood burner style fire, a sunny kitchen with dining area and a little outhouse-cum-sunroom with a comfy sofa, good for steamy cuppas on cool days. Outside is sweet little paved sitting area with table and chairs and parking on road. With lots to see and do nearby, Fiddlesticks is a comfortable cottage for all seasons. The attractive country town of Beaminster nestles beneath the rolling West Dorset downland within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Around its square is the Conservation Area which boasts over 200 Grade II listed buildings, many of which are built from mellow hamstone.

"We had a lovely stay at fiddlesticks cottage. The cottage is cosy, warm and above all had a comfortable bed! It is a great location with delightful gift shops, pubs and a convenience store just round the corner. Despite the conveniences being on hand it is located on a quiet road in the midst of the community. The parking space provided will only accommodate a small car but we were able to find spaces in the street. There is a charming l circular walk from the cottage which skirts a deer park and has mixed terrain!"
