Three bedrooms; 1 x first floor king size double, 1 x ground floor king size double, 1 x twin with 1 pull-out stacker bed. Wet room with walk in shower, WC and basin. Separate WC. Open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas with log burner.
An Bowji is a beautifully furnished cottage set in the hamlet of Mountjoy near to Newquay in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double and a twin as well as a separate wet room. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas with log burner. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and a garden with patio. Set in a wonderful area, An Bowji is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Garden with patio, furniture and warm outside shower. Three well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shop approx 1 mile. Note: This property is disabled friendly, with ramps to access the property, with the ground floor all on one level, wide doorways and a fully functioning wet room with a wheelchair accessible toilet. Note: Shower seat, toilet frame and perch stool available on request. Note: No stag, hens or similar. Note: There is a designated covered smoking area at the property. Note - This property has over 1 acre of private land of enclosed dog walking facilities
