Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Surrounding lawn and gravel area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Check in time is 5pm and check out time is 11am.

Portsoy is a port between Cullen and Banff on the Moray Firth coast. Boasting two harbours and facilities including hotels, pubs and shops, Portsoy is a great holiday destination and is near to the Malt Whisky Trail. The area has golf courses with coastal views, the coastal path is perfect for walkers. Visit the Salmon Bothy to get a feel of Portsoy's history as a trading, fishing and smuggling port.

"A FEW miles from Portsoy one direction and Cullen another direction .There are many beaches lovely fishing villages and distilleries and golf courses nearby that we visited.The hosts Dave and Yvonne are very helpful and freindly offering great advice on where to go for food etc. The house is very roomy and finished to a high standard with all mod cons lovely open plan design with high ceiling ,underfloor heating keeps house cosy at all times. Outside there are large garden areas to relax in with a small football area for the young ones . Its a very highly recommended property indeed our boys can't wait to return again in the future . P.S.Old kirk bistro in Fordyce ,Portknockie fish and chip shop are two food stops that you must try when visiting area and the friendly glenglassagh distillery is minutes away."
