Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden to rear with patio, furniture and charcoal BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The owner will provide 4 deck chairs and a wind break for guests.
