Downstairs, there is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove.Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front lawned garden and a rear decked area with furniture. With so much to see and do in the area, The Clays is a wonderful base for your Cornish break. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. hot tub. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Front lawned garden, rear decked area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, not to be left unattended. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Please note that the hot tub may be emptied and re-filled on the last day of your stay.

"The Clays is the ultimate in self-catering cottages. The owners have thought of everything you need for a most comfortable stay and they are right there for their guests if anything at all should come up. The kitchen has everything you could think of and more (large fridge/freezer greatly appreciated!), the dishwasher is a bonus! There is a washing machine, books, games and puzzles. The sitting room is most comfortable for relaxing in the evening after a busy day of exploring Cornwall. The sunroom extends the living space and the back deck is very nice with comfy furniture also. There is the one bathroom upstairs but it worked out perfectly along with 3 bedrooms. The cleanliness is a bonus and those towels they provide, the best ever! We'd definitely stay again if ever we were to return to the area."
