Gas central heating, gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. Decking with furniture. Shared use of on-site facilities including indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade and pool table, daily and weekly passes available at reception at additional cost. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant on-site. Note: On-site facilities do close between end of October to Mid-March over winter period

Southerness is on the Colvend coast on the 'Scottish Riviera'. It offers two pubs, a village store, a leisure centre, and beaches, sand dunes, rock pools and a 1748 lighthouse. The renowned New Abey lies nearby, offering the must-visit Sweetheart Abbey. Castle Douglas is also nearby, offering some fine architecture and a range of amenities.

"We stayed here last year my with son and it was amazing. Lodge was immaculate and we felt right at home, the beach was just behind the lodge it was fantastic! Lodge is close to facilities, entertainment and also the shop. Definitely looking into going back as soon as we can. Thank you for a lovely stay! X"
