Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are three steps down to access the gravelled garden, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The pretty village of Grewelthorpe is idyllically situated amidst the stunning moorland scenery and tapestry of lush green meadows of Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 3 miles from Masham and 4 miles from Ripon. Grewelthorpe is home to a charming pub and a former 16th Century coaching house, which offers traditional 'pub grub' amidst a warm and welcoming ambiance. An ideal location for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, not to mention Harrogate, Knaresborough and York!
