Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden and patio area with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile walk. Note: The property is on the owner's working farm so dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: The lawned garden is not fully enclosed, so animals and children must be supervised at all times.
