Overview
A mid-terrace property, situated with harbour views in Newlyn. It houses three bedroom and can sleep up to six people. Three bedrooms; 1 x double, (zip/link twin available on request) on the ground floor, en-suite large corner bath, WC, basin. 1 x double (zip/link twin available on request) on the ground floor, en-suite shower, WC and basin. 1 x Double on first floor with en suite shower and wash basin with separate WC. Living room with kitchen and dining area, multi fuel stove and range cooker. First floor sitting room with gas coal effect stove.
Kay Fin is a mid-terrace cottage situated within the village of Newlyn. Inside, you will find three well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a two doubles, with zip/link beds and an additional double. Each bedroom benefits from their own en-suite. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, complete with a kitchen area, dining area and a sitting area with a multi-fuel fire place. There is also a first floor sitting room, with far reaching views of the sea. Kay Fin is a wonderful property, for a holiday getaway.

Facilities & Amenities
Electric convector heaters with multi fuel stove and gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, super fast broadband/Wifi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent, additional logs available at cost. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 3 min walk. Shop 10 minute stroll around the harbour. Note fishing permit required for Newlyn North pier but no permit required for beach fishing. Crabbing lines, windbreak, cool box and cricket back available in the cottage for guests use. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: The staircase may be steep for some children, children to be supervised.Note: Please note that for those less able there is a step in between the kitchen and dinning room, and also a step in between the ground floor bedroom and bathroom.

Newlyn is a small village, located next to Penzance. Although small, is it the third largest fishing port in England and plays host to the famous Newlyn school of Art and Newlyn Copper, and the Cornwall Coastal Pathwhich passes through the village, as does the level Mousehole to Marazion cycle path. Within the harbour, you often see sharks, dolphins and grey seals, as well as some splendid beaches nearby, ideal for surfing.

"We were delighted when we arrived at Kay Fin! The location was perfect, close for walks by the sea, views only of the sea and the working harbour, wonderful. Our mini schnauzer Dexter is very discerning, and made himself at home right away, particularly loving the window seat where he could watch humans and dogs go by. The kitchen was plenty equipped for cooking during our stay, and it was lovely to have candles to burn in both the dining area and lounge when we were eating or just relaxing having a drink together. We would recommend Kay Fin to anyone who wants all of the above, and is looking for a peaceful location within a short walk of pubs, restaurants and other town activities, and that is also only a 30 minute drive from other lovely parts of Cornwall for visiting."
